Available jobs
Direct pings stay separately in Pings. On a matching Network Job, you can send the advertised price or a counter-offer to the forwarder. The forwarder must accept before the job is booked.

Once you offer the asking price or send a counter-offer, the load leaves Network Jobs and is kept here so Network Jobs stays focused on work you have not acted on yet.
Offers awaiting or showing a decision
Waiting, accepted, rejected and closed offers stay together here. Accepted jobs then continue in Ongoing Work.
Your accepted jobs in progress.
Accepted jobs move out of Pings and stay here until you mark the work complete. Each job includes a vehicle tracking box.
Ongoing work
Ongoing jobs stay in a short list. Open a job only when you need the full addresses, tracking or completion controls.
Finished jobs and POD.
Completed work stays here. Upload the Proof of Delivery and send it back to the forwarder from the finished job.

Each finished job keeps the route, agreed price, vehicle and POD status together.
Invoice completed jobs.
After delivery, the vehicle stays locked. Send the POD and invoice to unlock it. The invoice due date must stay within the forwarder's current maximum payment term.
